Just got off the phone with support again. Looks like its the same Knob Gobblers http://k43.pbase.com/o4/98/583898/1/64174005.xHGCcMHx.wavefinger.gif that caused the MySQL error on their server yesterday at 3:15...you know......this:

looks like what ever this other domain is doing on their site is stressing the server out, and its causing us and any other domains that happen to be on this server to have the loading issues.
I asked what they plan to do about it, and they said that they've contacted the offending site, and told them that if they didn't correct their broken ass shit from disrupting other customers they will drop their contract and delete their site from HostRocket's servers.
The tech wouldn't tell me when that "axe" time frame would be exactly, but kind of hinted that they only give 24 hours to correct issues like this, so that would put us somewhere around 3:00 pm today.
I also asked why they even give a grace period to people causing these kind of problems, and he basically said:
"Well, we're not sure if they meant to do this on purpose, and we'd like to give them a short window to fix it before killing their site. Much like, if you accidentally wrote a script for your vBulletin that put the server into a high usage loop, we wouldn't want to cancel your account with out giving you a chance to fix it."

now I'm pissed (ON SUPPORT RIGHT NOW 10:32 AM) because I've been trying to post this for over 20 fucking minutes, and the damn server is just timing out over and over and over again.
Sets see what they have to say this time....as this is the first time I've been on the phone with support while the server is fucking up! Maybe they can see something "as it's happening"
