Great question! I had an underdrive pulley on my '01 Cobra and I loved it. No problems, what so ever. Free power. Didn't affect any system in any driving condition. (Let me qualify that statement: I live in Washington. So, if and when I used the AC, it was not like using it in AZ.)
I would love to know how they work on a Hemi...

Well, they are good for about 8-10 hp but I think they will cause some strain on your components over time. I haven't heard of any of the new Hemi guys complaining yet. I know that many underdrive pulleys can make a car go through alternators and batteries at an accelerated rate so time will tell.

Hahaha, I got your back man! You can even PM Budoboy (Jeff) and ask him how he's making out with his since he's had it on for a while. I think he's out of Cali.

I've got one on my Jeep. Put it on last Saturday..... so far so good. I was shocked to see our cranks don't have a key though. The UDP is notched for one but our snouts aren't. Wierd.

yeah I heard that ...My concern is if the Pulley is keyed but the snout is not. Is there any possibility of it moving on you?

Well if it does, then here comes a 440!! IDK..... I doubt it as hard as we torqued it. I've heard of plenty of people running them with no issues.

Just a tip if you're installing it yourself and something I read from others...Putting the UD pulley in a pot of boiling water for about 5 minutes should get it nice and hot so the pulley bore expands and make sure to oil the crank. Supposedly it makes the pulley go on a lot easier.

We used some anti-sieze and had no issues. We used another bolt to get it on, then backed it out and put in the new one.
