Got the text. Stock motor, stock trans, stock converter, stock exhaust, stock tranfer case running a touch under 4psi runs a 11.3@122. No 60ft. times though. Timer not working at he track for some reason. Running 14* timing and 103 Octane! Not too shabby. The film crew is there as well and they have some in car video down the track and of their now 31 runs. 1.5* of KR. That's pretty sick. I was on the phone with Brian as he just made his 31st run of the day. HOLY CRAP!!! Vicious sounding!! You can hear it spinning them off the line. It is 28* temps up there today as well. And........ they're still tuning!!:D

Yo Steve...... you keeping Brian drunk? You ought too.:D I bet he's as happy as a pig in shit right now huh? Happier than a tornado in a trailer park!:D Any idea what the DA was at the track today? I wonder if it was really negative which might have helped out too much. Man I'm happy as hell for him too bro. You're the man for taking that blower off your Chally to put it on there. Too bad we got rained out though. That BLOWS!!

A fucking Jeep?!?!?!
HOLY SHIT!
Hey Guy's, Thanks for all the kind words. I arrived in Painseville around 11:30 last night and about 10 minutes out I got a call from DynoeSteve asking where I was  He and Jason were still out finishing up the tune. So I was able to drive it last night. I guess the best way to describe the way it drove is this. I would not let my wife drive BDCARMA. The way the boost came in could turn you sideways if you were not careful. GDCARMA... I would let my Kid's drive it. It idles around 700 rpm, there is no violent change when boost is on. It is very fast but drives like your daily driver. With the "V" tires up front it tracks straight as an arrow. :D I got at least 40 run's in today. Talk about a fun day. Also, the crew that is filming "Ballistic Builds" was at the track all day and that added a special touch. Made a few runs with the Camera guy:D He shit himself on how the Jeep launches!! LOL
FUCKIN RIGHT BRI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congratulations bro!! We're all happy for you man...I've been waiting for the text back from you but apparently you were busy! hahahahaha 31 runs!!!
Sorry Milan.. My phone died early in the afternoon. The cold weather drains the battery!!:tantrum1:
Where is he running?
Thompson Raceway in Northern Ohio. It was about a 15 minute drive from RDP

As for the Challenger... It blew the tranny pulling out of the track :tantrum1:
For the DA, I was thinking about that. I'm a firm believer that you don't correct your times. But:eek: I understand it is a way of leveling the playing field when comparing times. But I feel there is a line (and I'm not sure where that line is drawn) that when below that line (value) it is not a benefit. Sure 28 deg is great dense air, but as we all know it plays hell on traction. There was a time that the Jeep was sitting for about 20 minutes and when it launched on cold tires it really had a problem hooking. Most of the other runs were back-to-back:thumbsup:
I want to say to RDP and DynoSteve a big Thank You!! :cloud9: I had a great time today. And for all the people that give him shit for taking 1 of the blowers off the Chalanger, cut him some slack!
Holy Shit!! How could I forget Harry balz!!!!
Thanks so much for keeping the threads up to date with all of today's information. Did you tell everyone that you made a pass with me?? yep, H and I going down the track together. Me in the drivers seat and H in the cup holder!!:pounding table:

Wow what a cool day
Drove the Jeep back from the track to lunch and the shop and it drives so nice you struggle to think at times it is capable of what it is. The driveability in it is second to none. Made the 3 hrs on the final fine tune at midnight last night well worth it.
Was pretty cool to see Brian as happy as he was afetr all the shit that has gone down recently. At the end of the day it was just a great day with a bunch of mates doing car shit and having a ball.
Thanks all for the kind words.
Cheers

this combo i would expect to last for a long time, overall i think this was one of the nicest and most reliable combos i have ever done, mind you i have never seen that many runs done in a day at the track

They are good friends as well. I got a warm fuzzy feeling knowing that Brian blasted down that track 40 or so times hahahahahahahaahahaa! It's been so long and he had to get i tout of his system. The trap speed is just as impressive!

Thanks Frozen!!
No time slip or a tree. We were at a track that had not opened for the season. One of the workers of the track met us there, opened the gates and said "See Ya"!!
Most passes down the track looked like you were driving down a back road. Dirt and leaves were just flying around. I tried using my stopwatch for a "ball park time":pounding table: it was a 10.1 LOL to hard to do. Then one of the camera men from the production company said he could film it and get the time to within a 100th of a second. Also, no dyno graph. This was put together pretty quick. All tuning was done on the street. Before I bring the Jeep home we will get it on the Dyno
