calling all iphone/ipod users

okay.
when i bought my ipod i was overseas so when i downloaded itunes, it was via a german server.
now my itunes and my app store on my iphone are all in german. im trying to download some apps but cant figure that crap out cuz i dont speak german lol. even when i update my itunes it does it in german. any ideas?
