This kid over on the Red Site bought a Diablo from a guy who sells all kinds of shit over there. The seller said it was New and for a Jeep. Saw the PM's. Well the buyer get it and it says it for a 300 2005-2007. Not a real big deal b/c they all use the same one.

Here's the thing. Buyer goes onto Diablo's site to Warranty Reg. it...... and it's already done under someone's name. To me that's USED correct? Kid paid $300.00 for it. When it's already reg. the warranty has already been started. A NEW unit has a full 1 year Warranty. What do you goofballs think?

Hmmmmmm. Not exactly a ripoff, since the unit is still usable. But, it's not 100% truthful either.....tough call.

Well, it was not cool of him to say it was new. If the warranty means so much to the buyer, he should be able to send it back and get a refund. In Ebayland, that dude would get some negative feedback for sure since he didn't describe the item truthfully. I don't think a one year warranty is a big deal since you don't really use the handheld too much so I'd just keep it myself if it worked properly and chalk it up to the guy being an asshat liar and probably make some posts in his F/S threads in the future lol. You know, harass him until he kills himself type thing. lol!

True true.... the guy is a total asshat. He bitched a total fit about buying used lowering springs and made this Holy UnGodly post about how the company would take care of him b/c he flew off the handle on the phone with them. Since he bought them used, he didn't have a leg to stand on and plus it could have been the install job if they weren't indexed correctly. Then he goes and jacks people. What a douche!!

He butt fucked Mark on tinted taillights. For the 2 brake lights he charged him 250 or 275 for them. That is what I believe Mark said to me when we were at the Hooters meet in Jan.
