the mods are 4" bwoody, 180 t stat and a canned tune .
ESP off and I reved to about 1100-1200 rpm and was letting it shift from 1st

Calm down man, not everybody with your mods is running 12's. Pull the ABS fuse next time and flat punch it on the last yellow with no powerbraking. And keep it in autostick where it will still shift itself.

No powerbraking auto stick and punch it when light turns green

it's alright buddy, I'm calm and was shortly after. Just frustrated at myself and wanted to get into the 12's before I get the cam and tune.
Next time I will try that...what is the purpose of pulling the fuse?

I tryed that first time out with tune only and bested 13.14. this time I added the bwoody and tstat. it's going to come down to practice, practice, practice.

Thanks

Thats not that bad....but it could be high enough to keep you out of the 12's...

I fully suspect that truck as 12's in it with a bit more practise and some decent air. You'll get it.
