Why cant I join the group?
FreemaSSon that was good enough to outline the process...(duh, I forgot he was the mod of that section).

Verbatim:
For all registered user the Access Button is in your Control Panel Under the Group Membership tab
Open - Control Panel
Click on - Group Memberships (on the left under Networking)
Click the Join Group radio button for "Red Light Ditrict" Access
Click "Join Group" Button
