Reared it's head today...
For the last little while, I'd been noticing that the front end seemed to be making more objectionable clunking noises when going over ruts/potholes but just figured it was the usual clunking that many of us have had to get used to with the SRT suspension and 20's.
Today, I stopped the car and while sitting idling, inadvertantly pulled the steering wheel a few degrees to the right and it went "thud".
So then I pulled slightly to the left and nothing but every time I pulled it back to teh right, it would make a rubbery, clunking noise.
So, now that I've notice a fair degree of play left to right and it's make the noice on the right hand side...any idea what I should have my 5 star look for?
Could it be a loose steering linkage er what? Feels remarkably fine otherwise...
