I had a custom stereo in my 99 Laredo...6*9 Pioneer's up front, Infinity 3.5"Tweeters in the dash, 5.6" Alpine type x's in the rear doors, and a JL audio 12W6V2 mated to a 500/1 Kenwood amp...
As for my SRT...im going to upgrade just the door speakers to the Kicker Mopar upgrade for Xmas...

i was just gonna ask what you were pushing to that w6 right?

i ran 2 12in w6s back in 2000...in a bandpass box....shit broke my rear tail lights. i ran two rockford 1500 watt amps to it...thats truly over 2k rms.

now im just running around 2k total rms highs, mids and low in my charger.

Never went too crazy in the pure bass department. I like it loud, but I also like to hear my "sssss" on the word "Spaceships".

16 speaker setup:
+Four door setup, each door:
--Bandpass / crossover in-door
--EDS super tweeter
--Alpine Mid Range
--Alpine Low Range

+Back Cargo area
-- Alpine 10 x2
-- Alpine Mid Range x2

Alpine Head unit w/ Ai-Net 12 disc changer

Amps are PPI's

Front cabin area is powered by a 2300 (300 watts x 2 channels)

Back area, and Cargo area powerd by the 6600 (600 watts x 6 channels)
-- 2 channels go to the back doors and cargo area mid range speakers
-- 2 channels bridged and feed first 10
-- 2 Channels bridged and feed the other 10

Man I've definitely had my share of insane stereo's. My favorite though had to be in my '97 Eclipse (turbo of course). I actually won 2nd place at IASCA in Daytona.

Besides the crazy amount of engine work, I had:

Eclipse head unit
PPI pre-amp & crossover
2 Optima Batteries
4 stiffening caps
4 JL-Audio 10w6's - fiberglassed box in the entire hatch area
4 PPI Amps on plexi with Neon in the middle to light the edges
MB Quart mids and highs - factory locations, kick pods, and door panels

..........now if I could just find the pics and scan them to post.
