Im a photoshop junkie, probably even more so then Milan. I've been doing work in photoshop for the past 8 years, before that I used paint shop pro for about 2 years. I am completely self taught in both. I just recently finished my second complete album layout for a friends band based out of New Jersey. I've already posted the cover, so here is the final finished product....

The theme on the new album is based on the albums title "Mourning The New Dawn" which to me represents a post apocalypse vision of whats left of mankind after a nuclear (or other form of devistation) holocaust. So going with the title I decided it would be best to do it all in B&W. The first albumn "Blinded by Hate" is more based upon the whole apocalypse as it takes place.

I'm really digging the bevel on that font especially in that last cover you've shown. Awesome work man. I'm sure they were happy with it right? You should think about a website for this J.

yeah they're FINALLY happy! dude, I can't tell you ho wmany changes I had to make on the new album! I'd do a website but not as good with HTML. I did pretty good on my myspace page with the html, but not good enough to do my own site. bwt you should see my current desktop piece I did, probably one of my all time favorites of my work.

Thanks Steve! I developed my skills during the time my girl went through her masters degree, then PhD. I needed something to keep my busy!
