Another friend is selling a Glock 22 2nd Gen.
.40 Cal, 3 Clips, 700 Rounds. Ex Milwaukee PD Issued gun, looks pretty clean from the pics. Also has the ghost trigger and spring kit installed.
$575 for everything...

A new Glock is $540ish, so with 3 clips, trigger, spring kit and 700 rounds, that might be difficult to beat the price...

I still like the safety of the Springfield XD, but that's just cuz I'm a wuss and don't want my kid to shoot me in the face, nor do I want to Plaxico Burress my leg. . . but if you're set on the glock, that's a decent price for the gun + accessories. . . I'd still feel safer buying new, JMO

I recommend the gun, but not that one. Here is a link with prices: http://www.topglock.com/category/1605-Glock_40_Finish_Option.aspx

what do you need a trigger job and a spring kit for? factory everything (except for sites) is great, unless you're shooting competition, in which case i wouldn't suggest a .40 anyway.

just read the whole post, the 700 rounds, depending on what type, might sweeten the deal. only reason it'd be worth it is because it's a glock. new, used, they outlast just about everything. had it been a different make i'd say don't go for it, but if it's not wolf ammo, then why not go for it.

I missed the ammo too.... makes it a little better. You can get a new barrel and tungsten guide rod with spring for $170 from that site I posted above if they're worn. If it's a department gun, I might recommend it.

I got it last night, $550 with 500 rounds of Winchester 165 Grain FMJ, 200 rounds of Remmington UMC 180 Grain FMJ, and 3 15rd Clips. Suprisingly very minimal holster wear on the barrel. It is still stamped with the Milwaukee PD Shield on it too. I'll get some pics of it up soon.

I missed this one. lol. Pics?
EDIT: Dr.Steve, if you don't want to Plaxico Buress your leg, don't jam the gun in your crotch. IMO worst place to point something that shoots a piece of superheated metal past the speed of sound...
