I always like the Charger's factory rims, but I knew I liked the Superbee's high polished rim over the ones that came on my car. Today I paid for a set and they'll be making their way over from Hawaii on Monday to my best buddy BJB's shop. They in pretty good condition too.

I know most people like the aftermarket look and I do as well for a lot of rims, but I got them for a pretty decent deal. I guess I'll be selling my own soon and I'll have two factory rims that have been widened to 10.25" by Weldcraft for sale as well. They balance perfectly and even the tire shop said they were impressed at their work with the welds.

Ugh, hate selling to friends lol...let me think of the price. They were 250 each to widen and I want to give you a good deal.

Ahhh but of course! Going to run Nitto 555R's in a 305 this time instead of the 305 GY F1's

Those sir, will be sick looking, especially when fattened. Classy, factory look with a twist for those in the know.

Yes, they're off of an 07 Superbee.

I can't wait. It'll be just enough to set my car off from another Silver Charger SRT. Exactly what I like.

I like the factory polished wheels alot! This is most likely the same thing that I'll do someday myself. It makes me wonder though....since our factory wheels are polished on the spoke fronts, why can't the silver paint that's in the pockets be removed and then polished? It seems to me that this can be done...just not sure how much it would cost though.

Steve, it 'can' be done, but not without much blood, sweat and probably some tears too! lol. I think I have a post somewhere here about polishing rims and I posted pics from a guy over on LXF who did his on his own. Guess how long each rim took him....not to mention, there was pitting in the factory rims that needed to be removed as well. 24 hrs. Per rim.

lol...yeah, well I don't have them yet. There's always that bit of apprehension when buying off someone you don't know over whether or not you're gonna get scammed somehow lulz. We shall see I guess.

I seen those for sale too, was thinking about it. They have some small rash that can be easily fixed.

Sweet deal buddy.

Yeah, I saw that so I might as well get Weldcraft to take care of that while they're there. I think because he didn't post them as Superbee wheels in the title, the thread didn't get as many views. They are kind of rare to find.

I got my new Superbee wheels back from widening over at Weldcraft and had some Nitto Drag Radials mounted on them. Thanks to BJB for picking them up for me and even bringing them over...much appreciated Brian..really. They turned out awesome and look super badass with the Nitto555R's in a 305. I also had to buy some new tires for my front rims and couldn't pass up a deal I found on some Nitto555 Extremes. These are a 275/35/20's but for 125 per tire...couldn't pass em up. Anyways, it's raining here today again so I had to snap a few shots in the garage. I haven't even had a chance to wash/clean them up yet but I will before they go on the car this week. Some snapshots..

Can't wait to get these on and have even better traction on the street...even if I don't heat them up, the softer compound should still make them worth it even if I only get a year out of them lol.

Lookin' good Homo!!!! Can't wait to see them on the car and cleaned up! Look forward on hearing about traction on the street with DR's. Try and brake stall the car close to the 2800rpms and see if they hold. I may go with a set of factory chrome wheels someday. I found a place that will send you a set already done and all you have to do is send yours back after you have them installed.

Haha, I'll try it for sure...but I'm going to assume they'd stick alot better with some heat in them. My saving grace on these will be if they help me stop breaking traction at the top of first and into second or when I floor it at 35ish.

Snapped a couple pics this evening and I'll get a bunch more when I wax it this weekend..if it doesn't rain.

Haha, thanks Steve! I don't who said that about Canadians lmao...but hell, I gots me some. Now, if you head out to the praries out west or way out to the Maritimes, you might find some strange fucks lol. My initial opinion is that these DR's are NIIIIICE on the street. Took off from a few lights today at about half throttle without any spin and it launched very nicely. Wonder how they are in the rain though...really my only concern but I'm sure the new radials up front will help out.

Thanks Chase, they're sticky! Trust me dude, I've contemplated the door moldings since I first learned about it and I know it looks better! But I drive it to work and although I have my own parking spot beside a handicapped spot where nobody ever park, on occasion someone does and if got my first door ding there, I'd stroke out. The pain of that thought outweighs the aesthetic for me. But really, I would do it if I only drove the car on weekends or something. One day. Oh and ...No man!!! lol, that emblem is perfectly level. I mean, with a level and all lol. It does look a little crooked though in the pic <scurries off>

Lookin' good Milan, now stop being a wuss and brake stall that thing to 2800rpms and let her go. I want to know if the DR's will hold it. Realistically, I'd expect a tad bit of spin, then hooking like a MOFO!
