I love to bbq, but I haven't had much time to read up and experiment. Hopefully when the kids get a bit older and they're not attached to my leg lol. Thanks for the link, ima check it out.

What kind of wood and seasoning?

I rubbed her down with olive oil, old bays,garlic salt, oregano and a little pepper. Took a couple handfulls of kingsford (I don't use any lighter fluid) and two small chunks of apple wood(3x4) in a small upright smoker.....20 min on each side I don't know the temp,my guage is missing and there's a beer can stoppin up the hole, but its low enough heat that I can put my hand on the lid for about 5 seconds before it starts gettin uncomfortable,LOL!!!

This is a badass bbq...my wife's uncle bought one...Broil King Imperial XL. He's into entertaining large groups of relatives/friends so he needs something like this in addition to his smoker.
