Saw this and thought I would post it up. Looks like the guys have that thing flying! The lingenfelter LS9 powered Camaro ran a 9.04@159.26 at a recent test session at Muncie Dragway. 4000lbs with a 6 speed stick car at that.

Time slip breakdown is
60ft 1.394
330ft 3.881
1/8th ET 5.893
1/8th MPH 122.69
1000ft 7.607
1/4 ET 9.043
1/4 MPH 159.29

I'm impressed. I'm assuming it's a supercharged stroker with nitrous? Thing was sick quick and the guy's shifting it lol.

Edit: Well, yeah it's supercharged, but does it retain the same cubes or is that a stroker?

Stock displacement 6.2L. Modified LS9 Supercharger setup (new lower restriction inlet casting and double stack intercooler) with spray. Hardest thing about getting a stick car with IRS down the track is getting it to launch. It's only leaving at ~2000RPM on the two step. I beleive they are working with Pedders on some suspension mods for Camaros to get them to hook.

C's runs are impressive too, no doubt. But you lose quite a bit rowing your own gears because you are effectively in neutral every time you shift and lose forward drive. I'm betting they would pick up 4-5 tenths with an auto.

i agree and was kinda being sarcastic, but you have to admit seeing those cars runn'n down the track side by side neck and neck would be a blast!!!!

Johnny Stick is the mother fuckin man!

They installed a no clutch shift trans and it died on the dyno on the very 1st pull. It went back for RnD to discover the issues and redo it.
