Pontiac Valve Covers

Here is some more pics of what I am working on.

GM Performance Parts LSX valve covers with Katech coil relocation kit.

I removed the crankcase ventilation pipe, drilled and tapped it to 1/4 NPT for a 1/4 NPT/ -6AN 90 degree stainless fitting. Then I drilled the valve cover for the Katech relocation bracket.

I still can't decide on paint....

I can't decide Bro. Fuckin car makes me crazy sometimes. It would be so easy to just bolt things on, but NOOOOO, I always have to mod the mod! lol
I am repinning and wiring all the coils as I don't like the way the factory harness looks with my set up. Then I need to Scotchbrite and wipe down the coils and shoot them red.

It should look sick. It is going to be a lot of work to make the passanger side look uniform as there is more components mounted on the passenger strut tower. The MSD wires the relocation kit come with I am going to modify (imagine that), as I think they should have 90 degree boots coming off the coils and they are about 130 degree boots. They just make the wire protrude out further then they need to. If both sides had the same space I wouldn't really care, but they don't.

very nice lookin'! It's a shame though that the Pontiac script isn't on the bottom of the valve cover instead of the top where its getting blocked by the coils. Oh well...can't have everything!LOL

I looked at that alot. If it was on the bottom then it would seem odd, I could raise the coil mounts, but I wanted them flush with the top of my FAST intake + I need them to clear my STB.
