We got two of the three Mopars done today!! Kent came over about 2:00 and we installed his BEEFY grounding systems in the Charger & the Jeep (our wives made sure we knew we had run out of time to do the 300)!! He did about 90% if the work, lol. You can tell he's an engineer, he's crazy smart.

In case you guys don't know what he offers, it's a MASSIVE grounding system upgrade. Upgrades all existing cables to a whopping 4gauge, and adds a couple extra cables for better amperage and electrical flow. Many guys at ATCO were running these cables. Kent will be able to elaborate on all this info MUCH better than me, lol. But expected gains are:
- Quicker startup
- 3-4mpg better gas mileage
- Increased electrical conductivity for better stereo sound
- Better throttle response
- Better battery charging

I'm sure there's more, but again, I'll let Kent elaborate!! :)

The funniest part of the day, was watching Kent "delicately dance" around my Charger!!! I'm so damn anal retentive, and he couldn't believe how spotless it was, lol. It was kinda funny watching him "prance" around it not trying to touch anything, lmao!!

Anyway, thanks a TON Kent!!! Your time is GREATLY APPRECIATED!!! I'll get some driveability reviews when this sleet lets up!! :)

I'd love to see if it makes any noticeable difference in startup and throttle response specifically. I was just going to do the basic kit from Speedlogix which is the bigger ground cable at the battery and the trans.

Here's Rob's video:

Many of the fastest rides at ATCO had these installed. I mainly did this because I have audio upgrades in all rides (coming in the 300), and who wouldn't love an extra 3mpg in our pigs, lol??? But I basically view this as an upgrade to the "heartbeat" of my sleds. Figure this cleans out all the "arteries" and gives me a nice clean signal/recharge for everything electrical, and allows everything to respond the way it should!!!

Thanks Mike! I know Kent is trying to get signed up over here as we speak! Hopefully he'll post up any other insight he might have.

These two items are what people notice with our Stage III or Stage IV kits. The large battery cable with cast bronze battery connector is more that twice the diameter wire than stock. Our ground system to the heads allow the ignition system to operate a peak performance.

We have reports back of up to 3 MPG OR better performance.

The kits come with high quality cables, stainless steel washers, bolts and dielectric grease. Printed instructions with pictures are included as well.

Your kit comes with a money back guaranty that you will notice a difference.

LMK when we can help!

I guess I'm not ready to do a full kit right now...but has anyone noticed any difference on only doing the battery ground and the trans ground???

We had had reports of better starting with the battery cable and smoother shifts with the tranny cable.

Welcome to MMF Kent. Ive read a bunch about your stuff and ive talked to people about it as well. One didnt notice anything and the other did so i havent kept up with the info. I do know, or should i say, have read that chryco's grounds have traditionally been weak sauce and have caused a myriad of problems as a car ages. Hell my wifes Pacifica had a bad ground at one time and we caught it before i was raped at the dealer/mechanic. Cool that yodur close to Chase...hes the man.

I've been thinking about this mod for awhile, but just the negative battery ground and the trans ground. I know Speedlogix has the upgraded set from Chrysler for about $20-25. I was probably just going to get those and try em' out. I'd love to be able to find something that will help with the dreaded lights flickering on our cars, so maybe the stage III set-up from DGS might help with that.

The Dynamic Grounding System has a 2 gauge battery cable with the cast bronze battery connector, large tranny ground and engine grounds. The engine grounds are designed to improve the ignition system resulting in better throttle response and improve gas mileage. This may not improve light flicker. I would suggest cleaning the grounds to the lights located on the fender well behind the lights and apply some of the left over dielectric grease we provide with your DGS kit.

We got an independent Dyno test results this weekend confirming that Dynamic Grounding Systems kits made 8 to 9 Hp and Torque increase across the RPM range.

Mike at OST Dyno ran this test on a customers stock SRT8 and was careful to let the car cool down to the same temperature on each pull, same ambient temperature and barometric pressure.

This confirmed what we already knew but it's nice to have another test to confirm our results.

What we got NEW was strong indication that a DGS will increase gas mileage. On a Mustang Dyno Mike was able to run steady state at 65 MPH for 2 minuets. He logged injector pulse width. The pulse width curve was lower with the DGS grounding, less gas was feed to the 6.1 to maintain the same speed.

I seem to be picture download challenged on forums. Maybe I could email the curves and they would post for me??

Thanks for the order!

We put a Stage III kit on an Arrington 426 Magnum about three months ago. He noticed easier starts and better mileage. To be honest, that car makes so much power our butt dynos couldn't feel the change.

But we made before and after logs, RPM and time, on the same entrance ramp. We feed the data in TT Dyno program and it showed a +10 RWHP gain. About what we see on real dynos.

With the cost of gas these days, this mod quickly pays for it's self!
