just for the record i get pissed also when i spend big money on shit and it breaks ,sorry and we are working on it does'nt cut it ,the supplier should respond to all issue's fast and politely thats what sets you apart ,even if the customer has his head in his ass those few bad words go alot farther than the good one's thats why with very few complaints a good company gets they should deal with them all like gold , communicaition and a timely response is crucial in today's service industry ,no matter what the service is...

LOL. I've talked to Sarge before and he seemed aight. He HAS HAD AN ISSUE with almost every single vendor he's ever dealt with. I don't know what to believe at this point. I know Arrington has put out some quick ass Hemi's that's for sure...now, in terms of their longevity...I have no idea. Wonder if he broke off his partnership with Mondello as well.

I'm guessing permanent Chad. Bernie & I exchanged PM's about a post of mine he removed, that shouldn't have been (from a question I asked in a Boychiks F/S thread, lol, for crying out loud). In response to that, he saw a thread I started over here about him, and banned me then. I sent him an email two days ago, asking about the ban, and he hasn't responded. Please let any of the guys "that matter" over there, know for me if you don't mind. They should be hanging out OVER HERE anyway, lol. Thanks for asking bro. :)

I have been there myself but I was banned for a PM. I PMd him on the lx forums to get in touch with him. He will not see your PM if you sent it on the Cherokee site. I will pass on the word for you.

DEFINITELY NOT kissing his ass. I just asked him if it was a waste of time for me to keep checking every few days, to see if the ban was lifted. That's all. And the only reason I like being over there, is because it's the ONLY SRT Cherokee specific site out there. If there was another one, I could care less.
