I will get my superchager within two weeks. I need your advices to buy:

1) wider performance wheels (I only thought of BBS, any other brands?)
2) coil over kit (someone was trying to sell MOPAR stage 2 here if I'm not mistaken? ;) )
3) Do I need to upgrade my gear? (upgrade valve body)
4) I believe the stock converter is good, should I replace it? which brand you recommend?
5) Any other upgrades I missed?

If you're looking at 20's again, then the BBS wheels are light and look good. In my opinion, I wouldn't bother with the valve body and a higher stall torque converter will do you well...BUT, it will severely impair your traction. You will DEFINITELY need to run the new Nitto NT05's or the Nitto 555Rs. I have the 555Rs and it's a completely different daily driving experience than any other street legal tire I've tried. It eliminates a lot of the frustration you get when punching it off a fairly quick roll and worrying about fishtailing and spinning.

Traction will be your biggest problem with a blower. I like Milan's suggestion with running a DR on the back, but they won't last long...so stock up on them.LOL I'm guessing you should be in the mid 500's to the rear wheels with a KB and stock boost levels. Your eventually going to need to do some sort of Trans. mod or get an upgraded transmission at those power levels. The upgraded valvebody might work for those levels, but a completely stock trans. is going to eventually have issues. If your not going to race the car on the track, then you can probably do without a higher stall torque converter. To be honest though....if it were me, I'd probably talk to someone at HHP, Southern Hotrod, Inertia, etc. and go over your build with them and see what they recommend.

1) If your going for a wider wheel, make sure your offset is correct to be able to fit wider tires on, especially if your dropping the car. You will rub on the inner wheel well if you are dropped. I have to have my new wheels designed with the offset for the 315's.

2) See above, nothing wrong with the mopar kit.

3) Depends on how you drive on what you'll need to upgrade. Are you a track star?, do you beat the crap out of it on the normal roads, do you drive like your a 90 year old woman?. Get a trans temp gauge if you are keeping your stock trans. if you notice that your temps are getting high when you beat on it, its probably a matter of time before it goes.

4) Stock converter will be fine but it depends on your application. If your going to track it your going to want a higher stall converter. 2800 is pretty "standard" but i think i have seen as high as 4,000.

5) What PSI are you going to be running? going off your mods in your sig, you run the risk of blowing up a stock bottom end motor. If you are staying at a low PSI, you should be OK. It may also be up to how good your tune is.

My sig is overkill, but depending on how extreme you want to go, that is what you may end up needing. I am running 14psi. I have had my issues with it though.

Overall recommendation, if you keep it tame, you should be ok if you have a really good tune. But you will be going through tires.

Well Kasser buddy. You know I'm here to help. All of the boys above bring up great points. My biggest concern for you would be the transmission. Some guys have been JUST FINE for several thousands of miles on the stock transmission with 500-520rwhp. But then there's others like me, that only lasted a couple thousand!! I got my stroker build (530rwhp & 520rwtq) done at 5,840 miles. And by 8,000 miles my stock tranny GAVE UP!!! It seems like the stock NAG-1 tranny doesn't like anything over about 500rwhp for too long. A valve body upgrade and transmission cooler are HIGHLY recommended. But even then, you're on borrowed time IMHO.

Pleeeeeeze get a couple gauges (I can help with this)!! At least something to measure boost, and AFR. At a MINIMUM!! When you start building a powerplant like this, you need to monitor these things. Otherwise, you're gonna blow something up, and have NO IDEA what's going on. If you have questions, I'd love to help.

Coilovers would be GREAT, but wouldn't be a "necessity." If you're wanting to tighten up the suspension. You could save a little money, and get strut tower braces for front and rear, and a nice set of swaybars for the same price as the coilovers. This would help with the handling characteristics, however, obviously these don't LOWER the car, lol. But will "tighten" things up. If you just want to lower the center of gravity, and get a stiffer/firmer ride, just be sure to get a set of coilovers with dampening/rebound adjustment as well (I can help with this also).

My email is below in my sig if you wanna stay in touch throughout the day!! I'm excited for your build buddy!! :metalhead

Thanks all for your kind help :). I will be running 8 PSI ( I don't want to blow up the bottom end motor!!). And yes I do WOT at least once every two days (but I'm not track star ;p) only straight lines hehe.

I'm trying to find a tire website that have Nitto NT05R and it has the "pick up" option, because I want TNT logistics to bring the tires to me (will be much cheaper :D!).

On KB website they said if my car is 500+, I will need to upgrade the valve body so that the tranny can stand till 750 HP. Currently my car is 436~440 RWHP (depends on the weather), so with KB kit I will be 570??..........................alright I shouldn't fool my self, sooner or later I will need a transmission lol (help me out here!!)

Chase I have AFR+interceptor gauges........and boost gauge will be here next week ;)!!

I have strut bar (front) now, guess I will order sway bars.

This morning I went all out on the high way (after installing 2011 front lip spoiler), usually I stop at 260 Km/h since the car will pull slower to 270. But today I got to 290 Km/h!! and It was pulling fast!! more 10 and I will be over the speed speed gauge!! :D

No matter what you are going to run, make sure your tune is good. 8psi with a crappy tune = blown motor.

I havent seen the NT05R's readily available as of yet. If you find them post it up.

How much HP you make will be based off your tune and your location. But you should get a very nice boost (no pun intended).

For the trans, I'd call Southern Hotrod or Builder Bill now and get an idea of prices so you at least have an idea of where you will be headed in the future. You could try the valve body upgrade and hope that works, but as chase said, if you drive it hard enough sooner or later you may end up with a new trans anyway.

Good luck buddy and let us know how it goes.

That will be good but you may end up (down the road) needing the trans anyway.

On a side note, sig says you have a 25% underdrive pully.

Generally speaking your going to want an Overdrive pully.

yeah I know, over drive pully comes with KB kits ;)
