So, I'm looking to swap out the speakers with something a bit better quality. I'll also probably get and amp to run a nicer 8" sub. I want to keep the head unit (REC with Nav) and it's the Kicker system. I've been looking around to find out the proper sizes for all the speakers in the car and have found some conflicting info. Does this chart look correct? I found it from this site: http://metraonline.com/

Aren't they 3.5" speakers on top of the dash?

Any advice? I don't want to spend any huge coin on a system, I just want something that sounds better and can put out a bit more bass.

I think the dash are 3.5 or 4"

Check Crotchfield...

I don't want a huge amp or anything....by huge, I mean, dimensionally. So, I'll need to get something small. Any recommendations?

3&1/2" in the dash. 6x9s in both the front doors and rear deck. THAT'S IT. I don't know where they're thinking the 6&1/2s go, lol???

If you're just upgrading all the speakers, Something like these amps would be fine.....

And Milan, you wouldn't HAVE TO upgrade the 3&1/2s in the dash, I just kept my OEM Kickers, and they ran in parallel with my 6x9s, feeding off my Kicker 4-channel amp.

Here's a few amps that could run your new sub......

Here's the deal bro. You could always get something bigger, beefier, and more serious than any of these. But if you're doing some basic, yet solid upgrades, these will get the job done. Sound & Security will have some more advice, I'm sure. :)
