I mean, for like 500 bucks, has anyone seen any real track benefits using a meth kit on a normally aspirated application?

Probably not a ton of benefit N/A. They really help take the heat out of the cylinder in boosted rides. Its the heat that causes the ring gap to close and pop off the ring land in our stock blocks.
For N/A, you'll get a cooler intake charge which should get you a little timing and you'll get shinin' pistons from steaming the carbon off. :)

Thanks Adam. It's kind of what I was thinking...it's relative to what you want and the money who have to throw. As long as it can't hurt the engine, you may be able to get something out of it.

Nice, you asked a question i've been pondering for some time now. I thought I read that the spray can be controlled/adjusted for part throttle.
Or wuz it in a dream...

The one area where you can get some performance gain out of it is with tuning. If you have your car tuned to take advantage of the meth, you can add more timing without knock. The issue is that you're then dependent on the meth, unless you run that tune for race only.
